	SSI’s Policy Team investigates the politics of Space. Whether you are an engineer, lawyer, economist, philosopher, or just a deep thinker, the Policy Team is a great place for you. 			The SSI Policy Team is in the publishing stages for a paper that was written in the Autumn '25 quarter on nuclear non-proliferation in space. We are currently working on papers tackling the decentralization of space regulation as well as the clutter of satellites in outer space.

By seeking an understanding of the legislation, market trends, history, and philosophy that has affected the development of the space industry, we hope to build up a community of students that can speak intelligently about the nuances of the space sector in today's world. Throughout the year, we’ll tackle the most pressing questions of modern space exploration through research, discussions, debates, and an immersive trip to DC.
