It will not be represented here. However, TRA has published [http://www.tripoli.org/Portals/1/Documents/Safety%20Code/OPSC%202013%20v1.0.pdf Tripoli Rocketry Association Safe Launch Practices]. This document is useful to read, but is very similar to NAR's code. Thus we will only be summarizing the NAR code here.
