If you’ve ever resented the fact that the space industry has historically been dominated by balding white men, the Diversity group works to make our own group as inclusive as possible as we train the next generation of industry leaders. We want space to be the most welcoming community possible, and that stretches far beyond SSI -- but Diversity the ones who run workshops, train each other, and work to make that happen.  

We want space to be the most welcoming community possible, and that starts with SSI. Diversity are the ones who run workshops and talks, connect with engineering diversity organizations, and work to make SSI a space for everyone.
